It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Dr. Roseann Rinear and her training institute, The Preschool Source. I have worked alongside of Dr. Rinear for many years and have the highest degree of trust in her work and passion for children and families. Dr. Rinear not only posses the academic and theoretical understanding of evidenced based development and academic information and she has the practical experience to put theses concepts into action.

One of the hallmarks of Dr. Rinear's experience which is apparent in her consequent trainings is her experience working with a wide variety of children who represent many ethnic, socioeconomic groups, disabilities and challenges. She works with children and families with a cultural sensitivity that is amazing. She is knowledgeable about types of challenges facing children and families including poverty, learning disability and family instability. She not only knows these areas well, she can offer trainees practical skills and knowledge based on proven strategies.

Personally Dr. Rinear is an organized, outgoing and exuberant trainer who is highly motivating for many different audiences.
